Openr is used by a variety of customers. All have one common denominator: they want to give multiple people flexible access to the building. The buildings range from large office buildings to small collective buildings with creative studios and from residential flats to student complexes.

Use the keyboard on the right side on the intercom screen to search for your contact. The tile you can use to ring the bell appears on the left. Does no one answer? Use the “Call Alternate” option, someone else in the same organization will be called.

Make sure you are no more than 1.5 meters from the intercom.

• Don’t worry, you probably secured your phone and not just anyone can use it. If you haven’t, ask the property manager to delete your account and create a new one.
• If someone also accessed your inbox via your stolen phone, make sure you change your password immediately. Activate your Openr account with a different password and reset your credentials.
• From the second your account is deleted, no one can access it. Way safer!
